How Can Keep your Health is Better?

Good Health Happy Life no doubt about this. Everyone wand to be happy. But to be happy many things. One of them Good Health. No maintain or build up any relation without good health. Here some tips How can build up good health-






  • Floss
  •  More vegetables and fruits
  •  Less sugar and processed nonsense
  •  Find a form of exercise/sport you enjoy doing that supports good health and doesn’t beat you up and do it (exercise can and should be hard at times but you should enjoy it!)
  •  Make exercise and good nutrition life habits
  •  Stress and worry less
  •   Make sure your exercise program fits your own personal goals and suits your body type and is something you can do for life (remember, it should build you up not break you down)
  •  If you eat meat make it organic as much as you can
  •   Strength train one to three times a week (free weights, bodyweight, kettle bells and so on)
  •   Walk more
  •  Less sitting
  • Reduce idle time
  • Use the stairs more often
  • Sprint occasionally (but as with all things exercise, ease into these and learn proper form!)
  •  Stretch (gently) what’s tight and strengthen what’s weak
  •  Improve your posture
